We provide full-service support including specialized transport, rigging, and expert technicians. Areas served include Texas (Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso), The Southwest (New Mexico and Arizona), The Midwest & Central States (Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado), and The Gulf Coast (Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama).

Is the MRMC Bolt Jr+ cinebot portable?

Yes! The Bolt Jr+ is a portable high speed robot, available to travel on location or to a studio of your choice. It is designed to fit through a standard 34" door. ARM Moco owns a transformer that allows it to run off a regular 120V circuit, or it can be powered off a small Honda EU7000 generator. The robot travels on a 12' box trailer.

Do I need a prep/program day?

A prep/program day is strongly recommended alongside the shoot day, especially for location and travel shoots. Having moves programmed in advance maximizes the quality and volume of shots captured. ARM Moco routinely does shoots with and without a prep day and is happy to advise based on your schedule and shot list.

Is the Bolt Jr+ compatible with Unreal Engine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can output a variety of real time data such as OSC streams to extract real time camera positioning information. For programmed moves, we can also eliminate the delay that is associated with traditional camera tracking.
